For the production of chocolate, we use cocoa beans that we import from our selected plantations from around the world. Each bar of DESEO Single Origin chocolate is made from cocoa beans from only one specific plantation.
In the set you will find our bean-to-bar chocolates from the Premium line:
1. Dominican Republic Milk Chocolate 52% – expiry date: 30.04.2025
Milk chocolate made from cocoa beans from the Zorzal plantation in the Dominican Republic. Their strongly chocolatey, sweet taste turned out to be the perfect base for creating our first milk chocolate. It is characterized by a velvety, creamy texture and noticeable notes of caramel and red fruit.
2. Dominican Republic Milk Chocolate 52% with Caramel and Salt – expiry date: 29.04.2025
52% milk chocolate created on the basis of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic from the Zorzal plantation. We enriched the velvety texture of milk chocolate with pieces of crunchy caramel and a little salt. The caramel makes the creamy, sweet taste of milk chocolate even more pronounced, and the salt particles provide a pleasant, slightly surprising finish.
Dominican Republic 52% milk chocolate with caramel and salt has been awarded twice – in the category “Milk chocolates with filling or inclusions” in 2023 our chocolate received a bronze medal, and in 2024 – also a bronze medal!
3. Dry chocolate Nicaragua 70%
Nicaragua 70% chocolate is a proposition for fans of distinctly chocolate flavors with noticeable notes of dried fruit and a slightly nutty aftertaste. It is characterized by low acidity, a very rich taste and a pleasantly woody aroma. Loved by true connoisseurs.
In 2024, Nicaragua 70% Dry Chocolate was awarded a bronze medal in the category “Dry chocolates without inclusions”.
4. Nicaragua dry chocolate 70% with crushed cocoa beans
The combination of the pleasant aroma of Nicaragua with the crunchy crushed cocoa beans, a popular superfood, is a guarantee of an amazing experience both in terms of taste and texture.
Nicaragua 70% chocolate with crushed cocoa beans has been awarded twice – in the category “Dry chocolates with filling or inclusions” in 2022 our chocolate received a silver medal, and in 2024 – a bronze medal!
