The caramel makes the creamy, sweet taste of milk chocolate even more pronounced, and the salt particles provide a pleasant, slightly surprising finish.Dominican Republic 52% milk chocolate with caramel and salt has been awarded twice by the jury of the prestigious International Chocolate Awards competition, whose main goal is to support companies specializing in the creation of high-quality chocolate products. In the "Milk chocolates with filling or inclusions" category, our chocolate received a bronze medal in 2023, and also a bronze medal in 2024! The International Chocolate Awards have been presented since 2012 and the jury is made up of independent bean-to-bar chocolate specialists in the UK, USA and Italy. For production, we use cocoa beans, which we import from plantations of our choice from all over the world.
