Nicaragua Bean chocolate is a Bar that comes in the form of milk chocolate – this is the first interesting thing about this bar. The addition of milk gives Nicaragua a more subtle aroma and creaminess, and provides a great backdrop for the pink-purple pieces of freeze-dried currant that the tablet is sprinkled with. Meet our JOY line of Bean to Bar chocolates! It was created for those who, in addition to the distinct flavor notes of cocoa beans, also love various original flavor combinations. The JOY line is more affordable, but still of high quality.
