This bar consists of 3 elements: white chocolate bean to bar, 100% pistachio paste produced by us, in our workshop and pailleté feuilletine crisp, which looks like small golden wafers. The chocolate is strongly pistachio, melts in the mouth, and there are small crunchy elements left to break up the texture.

Pistachio Crunchy chocolate has been awarded twice by the jury of the prestigious International Chocolate Awards competition, whose main goal is to support companies specializing in the creation of high-quality chocolate products. In the “White chocolate with filling or inclusions” category, our chocolate received a silver medal in 2023, and a gold medal in 2022 ! The International Chocolate Awards have been presented since 2012 and the jury is made up of independent bean-to-bar chocolate specialists in the UK, USA and Italy.
