Pistachio Crunchy Chocolate

This bar consists of 3 elements: white chocolate bean to bar, 100% pistachio paste produced by us, in our workshop and pailleté feuilletine crisp, which looks like small golden wafers. The chocolate is strongly pistachio, melts in the mouth, and there are small crunchy elements left to break up the texture. Pistachio Crunchy chocolate has been awarded twice by the jury of the prestigious International Chocolate Awards competition, whose main goal is to support companies specializing in the creation of high-quality chocolate products. In the "White chocolate with filling or inclusions" category, our chocolate received a silver medal in 2023, and a gold medal in 2022 ! The International Chocolate Awards have been presented since 2012 and the jury is made up of independent bean-to-bar chocolate specialists in the UK, USA and Italy.

Raspberry Chocolate

The inspiration for creating this chocolate is Ruby chocolate, which until recently was in our offer, both solo and with the addition of raspberries and strawberries. Freeze-dried raspberry powder was added to the white chocolate, which gave a beautiful pink color, delicate acidity and a fruity aftertaste. Fans of pink chocolate will definitely love this taste! Meet our Bean to Bar chocolate line! It was created for those who, in addition to the distinct flavor notes of cocoa beans, also love various original flavor combinations. The JOY line is more affordable, but still of high quality. This line is dominated by chocolates whose basic composition has been enriched with the addition of 100% nut pastes or nut pralines, freeze-dried fruit or matcha tea. These chocolates have been created with the same care as our Premium chocolates, the process of creating and pouring the bars is the same as in our first line.
