Milk chocolate 52% created on the basis of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic delights with the depth of sweet, caramel notes. We added crunchy pecans, caramelized with the addition of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The combination of buttery pecans with the velvety texture of milk chocolate delights from the first piece.

Dominican Republic 52% milk chocolate with caramelized pecans has been awarded twice by the jury of the prestigious International Chocolate Awards competition, whose main goal is to support companies specializing in the creation of high-quality chocolate products. In the category “Milk chocolates with filling or inclusions”, in 2023 our chocolate received a bronze medal again, just like in 2022! The International Chocolate Awards have been presented since 2012 and the jury is made up of independent bean-to-bar chocolate specialists in the UK, USA and Italy.

For production, we use cocoa beans, which we import from plantations of our choice from all over the world. Each bar of DESEO Single Origin chocolate is made from cocoa beans from only one specific plantation.

To bring out the full flavour of our chocolate, close your eyes and smell it. Break off the piece and place it on your tongue, but don’t chew it off. Allow the chocolate to melt slowly. This will allow you to see all the nuances. Think about what flavor notes you can smell.
