Lemon & Poppy is a classic combination that goes perfectly with spring and Easter, but of course with our DESEO twist. We soaked the lemon fruitcake with poppy seeds with a syrup based on lemons, bergamot and yuzu. On top we put a pleasantly refreshing citrus curd. Here, too, the taste is influenced by the combination of flavor notes of lemons, bergamot and yuzu! A sensational combination for those who love slightly sour sweets! We covered the whole thing with white chocolate and decorated with chocolate circles.
