You all fell in love with our version of the Pistachio Mazurka, which has been coming back for Easter for years! This year, it was joined by a new mazurka – this time the main character is the HAZELNUT. On the basis of 100% hazelnut paste and nut praline, we have created a deliciously nutty cream and moist financier. We layered the cake with currant jam, which wonderfully breaks the sweet taste of cream and nuts. At the bottom, a crispy crisp awaits you – this time based on Gold caramel chocolate, 100% hazelnut paste and pieces of hazelnuts.
