Inside you will find pleasantly sweet frangipane based on hazelnuts and currants, which add a nice, sour aftertaste.

Together, they make a perfect combination! We decorated the croissant with Hazelnut Crunchy – a decoration that we prepare on the basis of hazelnuts in our Workshop.
