What is the Basque cheesecake made by DESEO?

First of all, incredibly creamy, but also with a whole lot of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar (yes, those black dots you see in the photo, that’s it!). Real vanilla is one of the hallmarks of our cheesecake!
But… We wouldn’t be ourselves if we didn’t introduce something totally unique to the cheesecake! We hid our Basque cheesecake in a crispy puff pastry! Which with the melting interior is a heavenly combination! Try it – you will fall in love! 😊
