Based on Dominican 52% chocolate drops, we prepare milk hot chocolate in our restaurants and our HIT awarded with the International Chocolate Awards medal – Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate. You can also prepare it at home – make S’mores Chocolate with roasted marshmallows from these drops 🙂 And for the kids.
In 2022, the Dominican Republic 52% chocolate drops were awarded a silver medal in the “Milk Chocolates” category, by the jury of the International Chocolate Awards, whose main goal is to support companies specializing in the creation of high-quality chocolate products. The International Chocolate Awards have been presented since 2012 and the jury is made up of independent bean-to-bar chocolate specialists in the UK, USA and Italy.
Bean-to-bar / bean-to-chocolate chocolate is chocolate created in our Workshop from scratch – from unprocessed cocoa beans, in an artisanal way. For production, we use cocoa beans, which we import from plantations of our choice from all over the world.
