I’ll tell you honestly: during internal testing, we couldn’t decide which version was better! 😊 Croissant Coconut & Almond delicate layers of semi-puff pastry, velvety coconut cream and pleasantly crunchy coconut-almond praline. We decorated the whole thing with coconut cream and roasted coconut flakes.
