This is the perfect opportunity to feel like a real chocolate queen! Not only will we have a great time tasting, getting to know and creating our own chocolates, but we will also try the unique Cherry Lady monoportion, which will delight you with its taste and elegance!

What awaits you?

During the Chocolate Queens workshops, you will discover the secrets of the world of chocolate in an intimate, atmospheric atmosphere.

Theoretical part:

• You will learn about the process of making “bean-to-bar” chocolate – from the cocoa bean to the bar.
• You will learn how and where cocoa grows, as well as the differences between white, milk and dry chocolate.
• You will travel to cocoa plantations in Mexico, Costa Rica and Guatemala, where DESEO owners learned about this unique raw material.
• You will try different types of chocolate, including our original recipes – discovering flavors is also great fun!

Practical part:

• Creating your own chocolate bars (each participant creates two bars): This is the favorite part of all participants. We choose our favorite toppings and create one-of-a-kind chocolates. It’s up to you whether they will be with nuts and dried fruit or maybe crazier? With us, you can make your childhood dreams come true. After decorating, we pack the chocolates together and you take them home. You can eat them yourself, share them with your loved ones, or maybe give someone a homemade bean-to-bar chocolate.

• Tasting of the CHERRY LADY monoportion! Cherry monoportion in this version is a March NOVELTY at DESEO! It looks wonderful and tastes great! A velvety mousse based on burnt white chocolate, cherry coulis with cherry pieces, blondies based on Gold chocolate and crunchy crumbles await you.
