If you have been with us for a while, you surely remember the famous Coco puff! What a debauchery it was! Now we have prepared a puff pastry just as debaucherous and also baaavery coconutty! In it you will find a thick coconut mousse, your favorite almond-coconut praline and gluten-free coconut. We hid the whole thing in a shell made of bean-to-bar 60% chocolate, which we prepare using cocoa beans imported from Togo! To make the shell even more reminiscent of coconuts from an exotic beach, each one undergoes a special scratching by our Confectioners! Must eat! 😊
