What awaits you?

During the workshop, you will discover the secrets of the world of chocolate in an intimate, atmospheric atmosphere.

Theoretical part:

• You will learn about the process of making “bean-to-bar” chocolate – from the cocoa bean to the bar.
• You will learn how and where cocoa grows, as well as the differences between white, milk and dark chocolate.
• You will travel to cocoa plantations in Mexico, Costa Rica and Guatemala, where our owners gained knowledge about this unique raw material.
• You will try different types of chocolate, including our original recipes – discovering different flavors is also great fun!

Practical part:

• Creating your own chocolate bars (2 pcs.): Choose your favorite toppings and create one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day chocolates. For her and for him. Once decorated, the chocolates will be wrapped and you can take them home!
• Tasting of monoportions: Taste our unique sweets:
  Cherry Lady: We surrounded the pleasantly sour cherry coulis with a roasted white chocolate mousse with a bit of tonka bean. We closed the whole thing with a blondie cake and a vanilla crumble.
  Azia 2.0: The richness of the taste of exotic fruits and the tempting aroma of kaffir leaves. To get to them, first break the slightly crunchy white chocolate dome.
