Pistachio Crunchy Chocolate

This bar consists of 3 elements: white chocolate bean to bar, 100% pistachio paste produced by us, in our workshop and pailleté feuilletine crisp, which looks like small golden wafers. The chocolate is strongly pistachio, melts in the mouth, and there are small crunchy elements left to break up the texture.Pistachio Crunchy chocolate has been awarded twice by the jury of the prestigious International Chocolate Awards competition, whose main goal is to support companies specializing in the creation of high-quality chocolate products. In the "White chocolate with filling or inclusions" category, our chocolate received a silver medal in 2023, and a gold medal in 2022 ! The International Chocolate Awards have been presented since 2012 and the jury is made up of independent bean-to-bar chocolate specialists in the UK, USA and Italy.

Dry Chocolate Mexico 70%

Dry Chocolate Mexico was created thanks to Luke and Natalia's trip to Central America in search of chocolate inspiration. One of the "souvenirs" was a package of cacao beans straight from a plantation in Mexico, which we later roasted and ground properly to create a dry 70% chocolate. Mexico has a dark character, great depth, aroma of blackberries and red ripe fruits. Meet our JOY line of Bean to Bar chocolate! It was created for those who love various original flavor combinations in addition to the distinct flavor notes of cocoa beans. The JOY line is more affordable chocolates, but still of high quality. This line is dominated by chocolates whose basic composition has been enriched with the addition of 100% nut pastes or nut pralines, freeze-dried fruits or matcha tea. These chocolates have been created with the same care as our premium chocolates, the process of creating and pouring the bars looks the same as in our first line.
