Opera is one of the most famous cakes in the world. It is characterized by a very intense coffee and chocolate flavor. The base of the cake is a delicate almond sponge cake – Jaconde, which we soaked in coffee syrup with Chopin liqueur. The sponge cake was layered with layers of cream, which was based on our bean-to-bar milk chocolate – Dominican Republic 52%, a namelaka cream from Japan, which literally means extremely creamy (which perfectly reflects its texture). Finally, to break up the creaminess of the cake, we added a crunchy coffee praline roast. Our cake is perfect for lovers of coffee desserts. An elegant classic.
