Dry Chocolate Mexico was created thanks to Luke and Natalia's trip to Central America in search of chocolate inspiration. One of the "souvenirs" was a package of cacao beans straight from a plantation in Mexico, which we later roasted and ground properly to create a dry 70% chocolate.
